Terms of Service

By accessing or using KASHO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KASHO. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

KASHO is a subscription tracking and management tool that helps you: • Manually track your recurring subscriptions and their costs • View spending breakdowns and identify subscription waste • Receive email reminders before subscription renewal dates • Access direct cancellation links for supported services (Pro plan) KASHO does not connect to your bank account, payment cards, or financial institution. All data in KASHO is manually entered by you. KASHO does not automatically detect, cancel, or negotiate subscriptions on your behalf.

KASHO offers two service tiers: Free Plan: Track up to 6 subscriptions, view spending stats, access the calendar, and see your top 3 waste targets. Cancel buttons are locked on the free plan. Pro Plan (€7.99/month): Unlimited subscriptions, direct cancel links for 300+ services, full waste targets list, email renewal alerts (7 days and 1 day before renewal), and the KASHO savings tracker. Pricing may change with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize KASHO to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time via the billing portal in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain Pro access until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at business.macoumba@gmail.com within 14 days. All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT where required by law.

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the security of your account credentials • The accuracy of data you enter into KASHO • Verifying any cancellation links before using them — cancel link URLs are provided as a convenience and may change • Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction You must not use KASHO to engage in any unlawful activity or violate any third party's rights.

KASHO Pro provides direct links to cancellation pages for 300+ subscription services. These links are maintained by our team and updated regularly, but we cannot guarantee they are always current, as third-party companies may change their cancellation processes at any time. KASHO is not responsible for any charges, fees, or losses resulting from your use of these links. Always verify your cancellation was successful by checking your email for a confirmation from the service provider.

KASHO and its contents, including the KASHO name, logo, design, code, and written materials, are the intellectual property of KASHO and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of KASHO without our express written permission.

KASHO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific features will remain available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KASHO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature in the app. This will permanently delete all your data. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
